Emmett takes the initiative and forms a club called Fitness Buddies, recruiting some friends who also want to lose weight and improve their bodies. Fellow fathers of teenagers, Benny Hsieh and Aaron Casillas, are among founding members. Food critic Hassan Shadid also joins.
