Back at home, new father Mitchell Kalani welcomes baby Irvin Kalani to the family. Mitchell suggested the name as a callback to Amie’s maiden name of Amie Irvin. The gurgling baby boy seems to like it.
After being admitted to a delivery room, Amie hops on to a surgical table and the hospital’s OBGYN, Dr Garcia, begins the birth extraction procedure. Everything goes smoothly and Amie watches in awe as a healthy baby boy is placed in the bassinet beside her.
Amie Kalani goes into labour and her husband Mitchell accompanies her to the hospital. Mitchell was in panic mode while travelling, but seems to have calmed down by the time they’re checking in at reception. Having never done this before, it all seems overwhelming, but the professional hospital staff are reassuring.
Amie’s pregnancy progresses normally and by the third trimester, her belly is looking huge. Mitchell gives the pregnancy bump a feel and can’t believe that very soon a baby will be on the way.
Ollie Purdue drops by to visit his best bro Mitchell and he becomes the first friend of the Kalani family to learn about Amie’s pregnancy. Mitchell excitedly can’t wait to share the big news with everybody they know!

The housemates of Cacti Casa invite their friend Mitchell Kalani to Villa Bovine for a fancy night dining out. It’s the first time Jack gets to meet Mitchell, who he’s heard a lot of stories about. Mitchell is glad his friends found a new bro to take over his old room, and is glad that Jack has quickly settled in.
There’s still some leftover wedding cake, so Amie Kalani enjoys a slice while admiring her wedding photo. It’s still so fresh in her mind, she’s able to relive the day with perfect clarity.
Amie and Mitchell Kalani have the interior of their home in Willow Creek completely redecorated to suit their needs. Mitchell loves the living room, with its juice bar and wall mounted TV – it’ll be perfect for hanging with his bro friends and watching sports.
