Erik sets up his own science lair in the basement of Futures Past Museum in Oasis Springs so that he can brainstorm inventions and try to learn more about aliens in his free time in addition to his working hours at FutureSim Labs.
Erik notices a strange light outside the apartment and goes to investigate. It’s an alien ship, and it transports Erik aboard! He’s poked and prodded, but is mostly astounded by all the alien technology.
It’s singles night and Veer travels to Rattlesnake Juice bar in Oasis Springs. He mentions to an attractive single woman that he’s training to be a doctor and she practially jumps into his arms. Being a doctor really seems to be working wonders for Veer’s lovelife!
Veer had always wondered if the hospital romance dramas on TV had any truth to them and it turns out that they do! His flirtation with Adelyn Diaz while at work escalates into hospital hanky panky.
Veer’s medical training has him doing nursing duties and also performing minor surgeries. The equipment is quite tricky to handle, but things go according to plan and the patient is cured.
Erik Hashimoto focuses on his work at FutureSim Labs and starts rising the ranks. Recently, he’s had a few eureka moments and works on the constructor machine to turn those invention ideas into reality.
Erik meets new neighbour, Gaiden Fujita, while checking out the apartment noticeboard. Gaiden is living with his cousin Genji in the previously unoccupied apartment across the hallway. Erik welcomes them to the building.
Brynlee and Veer meet their new neighbour, Genji Fujita, after the apartment floor is disrupted by loud noises. Genji emerges from his apartment in just a towel, and apparently he was entertaining a guest. Not the best first impression to make!
Now that Veer is a qualified medical professional, he can give medical advice. Brynlee’s rash is probably just the llama flu that has been going around, and not related to her recent alien abduction.
