Penny Pizzazz arrives home from work at Sim.tv and spots her neighbour Cat Espinosa in the apartment hallway. Stopping for a chat and some catching up, Cat reveals that she’s still unpacking stuff, even after moving in to her apartment weeks ago.

Across the Hallway
While checking her mailbox, Penny’s neighbour comes out to check his mail too. Pedro Cabello is a gym trainer, always seems to be full of energy, and has an amazing athletic body. Penny asks how Pedro’s young daughter Carissa has been doing at school.
Haggling at the Flea Market
Penny joins Veer Srivastava at the Flea Market after he asks for her help haggling with the vendors for good deals. Penny and Veer met at the Humour and Hijinks Festival, after which they hooked up, following some flirtatious joking around.
The Handsome Librarian
While visiting venues in Windenburg, Penny pops into the library where she spots the handsome librarian, Khaled Assaoui. Penny can tell he works out, and he seems to be checking her out too. After some more flirting, they exchange numbers.
What’s Cooking?
Penny tries making some french toast, and it smells so good that it draws her neighbour Pedro to knock on her door and ask if he can have some. Finding him friendly and charming, Penny invites Pedro in for a meal and a chat.
After the Festival
The Romance Festival happens right outside Penny’s apartment, so she pops down to try some of the sakura tea. In a flirty mood afterwards, Penny calls Khaled Assaoui, who invites her over to his bachelor pad in the Arts Quarter. It has an amazing view of Uptown.
The Landlord
It’s a good idea to stay in your landlord’s good graces, so Penny and her friend and neighbour Cat Espinosa invite him out for dinner at Sunny Side Up Diner. Cat’s apartment is always in need of some TLC, so she often requires calling landlord Norio Sasaki over to fix the problems.
Picked Up
Hanging out at Planet Honey Pop after work, Penny is approached by a cute guy at the bar. J Huntington III greets Penny with one of his best pickup lines, and it works like a charm. Impressed, Penny decides to let J entertain her for the rest of the night.
The Locals
Waiting for her food stall order, Penny chats with a handsome guy she’s noticed who visits here often. Omar Jaouad admits he lives over in the Arts Quarter, but visits the Fashion District for the food stalls and because he likes the locals.
Weekend
Penny gets to know Omar Jaouad better, and after a lot of flirting, she eventually invites him up to her apartment. There’s chemistry between them that she can’t deny, and he ends up staying for an entire weekend of WooHoo, only stopping for rest, showers and food.
